Alivira Animal Health participated in the first-ever “Veterinary Sciences and Livestock Workshop at the Summit of Anatolia”, held on April 11–12 and organized by the Erzurum Chamber of Veterinary, with a strong 8-person team composed of both field and management staff.
Comprehensive Trainings on Veterinary Science and Livestock
During the workshop, simultaneous training sessions were held in three different halls:
- Producer Training
- Ruminant Training
- Small Animal Training
The Alivira team actively participated in these sessions, sharing field experiences and exchanging knowledge on current practices in veterinary medicine.
Collaborative Discussions on Sector Challenges
Following the training sessions, a Livestock Workshop and Closing Panel were held, where current issues in the livestock sector and potential solutions were thoroughly discussed.
F. Barış Ormancı, Sales Manager of Alivira Türkiye, emphasized the strategic importance of Erzurum in livestock production and shared the following insights:
“Erzurum is one of Türkiye’s key provinces in terms of cattle and small ruminant farming.
Organizing more workshops like this is vital for the development of the veterinary profession,
raising public awareness, and ensuring the sustainable growth of the livestock industry.”
