Indication

It is used as a supportive treatment in cattle, horses, cats, and dogs in cases of muscular, metabolic, or reproductive disorders where the use of phosphorus and cyanocobalamin is indicated. In cattle, it is also used to support the improvement of rumination activity following surgical treatment of abomasal displacement associated with secondary ketosis.
In metabolic disorders occurring during the prepartum period, and in cases of tetany and paresis (milk fever), it should be used in addition to magnesium and calcium

Product Description

Composition
Each milliliter of the clear solution, which changes color from pink to red, contains 100 mg of Butafosfan, 0.05 mg of Cyanocobalamin, and 10.5 mg of Benzyl Alcohol (E1519) as an antimicrobial preservative

Cattle:
Administer intravenously (IV).
A practical dose of 2–5 ml per 100 kg body weight.

For calves, administer 10–25 ml per 100 kg body weight.
To support the improvement of rumination activity following surgical treatment of abomasal displacement associated with secondary ketosis:
Administer 5 ml per 100 kg body weight, once daily for three consecutive days. The first dose should be administered on the day of surgery.

Horses:
Administer intravenously (IV).
Dose: 2–5 ml per 100 kg body weight.
For foals, administer 0.35–0.6 ml per 10 kg body weight.

Dogs and Cats:
Administer intravenously (IV), intramuscularly (IM), or subcutaneously (SC).
In dogs, a practical dose is 2–5 ml per 100 kg body weight.
In cats, administer 0.5–5 ml per 5 kg body weight.

In chronic conditions, half of the indicated dose should be given initially, and the remaining half administered 1–2 weeks later

Withdrawal period for meat and milk in cattle is 0 (zero) days

In cartons containing amber-colored Type II glass vials of 50 ml, 100 ml, and 250 ml, sealed with a transparent flip-off cap and a grey bromobutyl stopper.
