Before application, the infected udder lobe should be milked and emptied, and the nipple should be cleaned. The entire content of the 5-gram syringe should be injected into the udder, and a gentle upward massage should be applied. 24 hours later, the same udder should be milked again to empty it, and the application should be repeated once a day for a total of three consecutive times
