(\u201cCompany\u201d), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cKVKK\u201d), we, as the Data Controller, would like to inform you with this &#8220;Information&#8221; letter, within the framework of Articles 10 (\u201cObligation of the Data Controller to Inform\u201d) and 11 (\u201cRights of the Data Subject\u201d) of the KVKK, regarding the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for the collection of your personal data, and other rights you have under Article 11 of the KVKK:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the Data Controller, we process, record, transfer, share, and store your personal data within the boundaries outlined below and as mandated by official regulations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our company reserves the right to update this &#8220;Clarification Text on Personal Data Protection&#8221; in accordance with possible changes in the applicable official legislation.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>1. What is the processing of sensitive personal data?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the Personal Data Protection Law, sensitive personal data includes data related to individuals&#8217; race, ethnicity, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect, or other beliefs, clothing, membership in associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data. Our company takes the necessary precautions, as determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, in processing sensitive personal data. We will only process sensitive personal data with the consent of the individual and solely for the purpose of collection. <\/span><\/p><p><strong>3. In what situations may our company process your personal data without your explicit consent?<\/strong><\/p><p>In accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK, our company may process your personal data without explicit consent in the following situations:<\/p><ul><li>When clearly required by laws,<\/li><li>If you cannot provide consent due to physical impossibility or if legal validity is not given to your consent, and processing is necessary to protect the life or bodily integrity of you or someone else,<\/li><li>When the processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of a contract you have entered into with our company,<\/li><li>When processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation of our company,<\/li><li>When your personal data has been made public by you,<\/li><li>When the processing is necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right,<\/li><li>When processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of our company, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. For how long will your personal data be processed?<\/strong><\/p><p>In accordance with the KVKK, personal data processed for the purposes mentioned in this &#8220;Clarification Text on Personal Data Processing&#8221; will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose of processing ceases or when the legal retention periods specified in applicable legislation expire.<\/p><p><strong>7.
