Estas bacterias son capaces de desaminar los amino\u00e1cidos de las prote\u00ednas de la alimentaci\u00f3n para obtener amon\u00edaco y luego sintetizar nuevos amino\u00e1cidos necesarios para su desarrollo y multiplicaci\u00f3n. Otras bacterias, como las bacterias celulol\u00edticas, no tienen esta capacidad y necesitan amon\u00edaco ruminal libre para la s\u00edntesis microbiana (Russell et al., 1992). Esta diferencia en la capacidad defermentar carbohidratos no fibrosos y carbohidratos estructurales, entre poblaciones bacterianas, evita la competencia entre ellas con respecto a los amino\u00e1cidos vegetales como fuente de amon\u00edaco (Griswold et al., 2003).<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta que las principales fuentes de energ\u00eda, en la dieta del ganado, son la harina de ma\u00edz, el grano h\u00famedo y el ensilado de ma\u00edz con tasas medias y altas de degradaci\u00f3n ruminal del almid\u00f3n, la adici\u00f3nde fuentes de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico (NNP), ayuda a las bacterias ruminales a producir amino\u00e1cidosutilizando las cadenas de carbono procedentes de la r\u00e1pida fermentaci\u00f3n del almid\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n del crecimiento y la actividad de las bacterias celulol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta disponibilidad de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico es indispensable para las poblaciones bacterianasresponsables de la degradaci\u00f3n de los carbohidratos estructurales (celulol\u00edticas), ya que tienen una malacapacidad para desaminar los amino\u00e1cidos disponibles (Boucher et al., 2007). El amon\u00edaco juega un papel clave en el metabolismo ruminal como lo confirman muchos estudios <em>in vitro. <\/em>Reynal y Broderick (2005) mostraron un incremento gradual en el crecimiento microbiano con valores de amon\u00edaco, a nivel de rumen,hasta 12,3 mg\/100 ml. Esto tambi\u00e9n fue confirmado por Boucher et al. (2007), quienes encontraron una s\u00edntesis microbiana \u00f3ptima con valores entre 11 y 13 mg\/100 ml de amoniaco. Los animales alimentados con un mayor nivel de prote\u00edna degradable en rumen, junto con harina de ma\u00edz y copos de ma\u00edz como principales fuentes de energ\u00eda, incrementan la s\u00edntesis proteica, junto con el efecto tamp\u00f3n de la urea yotras fuentes de NNP, y mejoran el rendimiento (Di Costanzo et al., 2007).<\/p>\n<p>La adici\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico en las dietas de rumiantes, con niveles altos o bajos de prote\u00ednadegradable de rumen (PDR), conduce a un aumento de la digestibilidad in <em>vitro <\/em>de la materia seca, materiaorg\u00e1nica, FND, FAD y CNF. Esta mejora proviene de la optimizaci\u00f3n del crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3nmicrobiana ruminal y su mejor utilizaci\u00f3n del nitr\u00f3geno diet\u00e9tico para la s\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas (Griswold et al., 2003). Los animales se dividieron en los 4 corrales teniendo encuenta su homogeneidad en el peso y en la conformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Grupos experimentales<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Los 4 grupos fueron:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Control<\/strong>: dieta de control con 14,5 % de prote\u00edna bruta sobre materia seca y 44% de prote\u00ednasoluble de la prote\u00edna degradable;<\/li>\n<li>Alta prote\u00edna y baja solubilidad (<strong>HPLSol<\/strong>): 16,0% de prote\u00edna bruta y 38% de prote\u00edna soluble dela prote\u00edna degradable;<\/li>\n<li>Alta prote\u00edna y alta solubilidad a partir de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico 1 (<strong>HPHSolNNP1<\/strong>): 16,0% deprote\u00edna bruta y 52% de prote\u00edna soluble de la prote\u00edna degradable, a\u00f1adiendo a la dieta decontrol 70 g\/cabeza\/d\u00eda de urea protegida: <strong>Optigen <\/strong>(Alltech, Irlanda);<\/li>\n<li>Alta prote\u00edna y alta solubilidad a partir de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico 2 (<strong>HPHSolNNP2<\/strong>): 16,0% deprote\u00edna bruta y 52% de prote\u00edna soluble de la prote\u00edna degradable, a\u00f1adiendo a la dieta decontrol 70 g\/cabeza\/d\u00eda de urea protegida: <strong>Protigen <\/strong>(Laboratorios Karizoo, Barcelona AliviraGroup Company).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En la tabla 1 se informa de las caracter\u00edsticas de las dietas, proyecci\u00f3n obtenida del software nutricionalpara los 4 grupos experimentales.<br \/>\n[\/av_textblock]<br \/>\n[\/av_one_full]<\/p>\n<p>[av_hr class=&#8217;invisible&#8217; Los datos mostraron un excelenteacuerdo con la proyecci\u00f3n de software de las 4 dietas experimentales. Este hallazgo parece mostrar que, con dietas de alto nivel energ\u00e9tico, el aumento del contenido de prote\u00edna bruta de la dietamediante la adicci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna soluble evita el aumento de la excreci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna verdadera al medio ambiente,gracias a su utilizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente a nivel ruminal.<\/p>\n<p>Estas consideraciones se confirman por la digestibilidad significativamente mayor de la prote\u00edna verdadera y delnitr\u00f3geno no proteico, observando mejoras en el contenido de prote\u00edna bruta de la dieta con nitr\u00f3geno no proteico (Tabla 4). El aumento de la prote\u00edna soluble, a trav\u00e9s del nitr\u00f3geno no proteico, dio lugar a una reducci\u00f3n del contenido de FND de heces (Tabla 3), debido a una mejor digestibilidad de la celulosa, como se indica en la tabla 4.<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios mostraron c\u00f3mo las bacterias ruminales que degradan los carbohidratos estructurales tienen pocacapacidad para desaminar la prote\u00edna de alimentaci\u00f3n, y c\u00f3mo necesitan libre disponibilidad de nitr\u00f3geno a nivel de rumen para optimizar su crecimiento y actividad. Autores (Reynal y Broderick, 2005; Boucher et al., 2007), destacan que esta cantidad debe ser de al menos 12 mg\/100 ml de contenido ruminal. Los microorganismos ruminales est\u00e1n equipados con ureasa, una enzima que hidroliza la urea a CO2 y dos mol\u00e9culas de amon\u00edaco. Ese amon\u00edaco se fija a losesqueletos de las cadenas de carbono, un producto de la fermentaci\u00f3n de los carbohidratos, para sintetizar amino\u00e1cidos.<\/p>\n<p>Varios estudios (Zhao et al., 2015) han demostrado que el aumento del nitr\u00f3geno no proteico afecta a la microbiota del rumen, promoviendo el desarrollo de colonias bacterianas como Ruminococcus flavefaciens, Ruminococcus albus y Fibrobacter succinogenes, y desfavoreciendo a otros, como las bacterias metanog\u00e9nicas. De hecho, la presencia de nitr\u00f3geno f\u00e1cilmente disponible a nivel del rumen, permite el uso del ion hidr\u00f3geno, derivado de fermentacionesbacterianas, para la reducci\u00f3n de nitratos a amon\u00edaco. Esta v\u00eda es m\u00e1s ventajosa energ\u00e9ticamente que el uso del ionhidr\u00f3geno para la producci\u00f3n de metano. En consecuencia, existe una modulaci\u00f3n del n\u00famero y la actividad de las bacterias metanog\u00e9nicas (Leng et al., 2008, Nolan et al., 2010). El papel positivo del nitr\u00f3geno no proteico se hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s evidente en las dietas caracterizadas por un alto nivel de energ\u00eda, donde el pH del rumen permanece durante per\u00edodos m\u00e1s largos a valores inferiores a 5,8. Penalizando el desarrollo y la actividad de las poblaciones microbianascelulol\u00edticas. Adem\u00e1s, el nitr\u00f3geno no proteico ayuda a amortiguar el pH del rumen.<\/p>\n<p>Un suministro \u00f3ptimo de prote\u00edna soluble, utilizando fuentes de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico, tambi\u00e9n puede promover lacoincidencia entre las cadenas de carbono de carbohidratos no estructurales y nitr\u00f3geno, mejorando la digestibilidad del almid\u00f3n, como parece mostrar en la tabla 4.<\/p>\n<p>El diferente contenido de grasa y ceniza observado en las heces (Tabla 3) es, en cambio, una consecuencia simple de suconcentraci\u00f3n, ya que no se han observado diferencias significativas en la digestibilidad (Tabla 4).<br \/>\n[\/av_textblock]<br \/>\n[\/av_one_full]<\/p>\n<p>[av_one_full first min_height=&#8221; El aumento del contenido de prote\u00edna de la dieta, a trav\u00e9s de fuentes de nitr\u00f3geno no proteico, por el contrario, conduce a un aumento en la digestibilidad de la prote\u00edna de la dieta, delnitr\u00f3geno no proteico y de los carbohidratos estructurales, en particular de la fracci\u00f3n de celulosa.
